ok this might seem like an inflated post, meaning, ego bost for me, but just hear me. ...yah and it's about basketball! :D

Ok. So on my team we have ALL really good players, ok, more then good, like AWSOME players, and the other team, has yet to beat us, or come close to beating us really.... as I said, not NOT trying to ego myself. anyways. So we play a postition called Zone, which is NOT MAN on MAN, it's where you sit along the key and follow the ball. ANYWAYS. so I play postition 5 which is under the net because Im tall. So I get alot of the shots.

when we went to the game ONLY 4 girls showed up. the ref was luckily 17 teen years old, so we pulled her on! So we played pretty much none stop...which is HARD! the first 1/4 I get a nice 8 points. then the coach of the other team tell 2 of the gurls on differnt shift to play man on man to JUST me. so pretty much EVERYONE is player zone except 2 girls (really only 1 on court) personally on me.

Now the coach of the other team's daughter plays. she one of the gurls who's on me. at first Im kind'a like ok, sure I can work with this, I just gotta move alot, and I do, and I get one or something more shots. then, the daughter, may I note who HATES me to DEATH (maybe because I get the shots, I dunno, anyways..) starts getting vicious. She is RIGHT in my face, I mean EVERYTHING to mess me up! and sure I mean it knocks me outta the game, but the rest of the players are left with a 4 on 4, which really dosnt work out to help in the long run, cause as I said EVERYONE on our team rocks!

So anyways. the other teams point guard accidentally scratches me down my face across my eye, which Im like....ow... (OMG I was like TON! ...um) and the gurl is like "OMG im so sorry" I laugh saying "OMG dont worry it's part of the game" "no really Im so sorry" "no it's ok, you didn't mean too" MEANWHILE, the coaches daughter smiles to herself and another player (my dad told me this). then it gets worse, the gurl on me, is getting REALLY vicious. So, I think maybe if I let myself stay outta the key zone, or 5th position for a bit, they'll lay off. I do for a bit, I play point. ME playing POINT! HA! may I remind that a point guard is SUPPOSED to be the smallest and best dribbler! may I also remind that IM 6 feet, and am NOT a dribbler. So I do that for a bit, but I STILL have my man on me, EVEN at the TOP of the key.

I dunno. it was so frustrating. Im not one to be...vicous... but when Im on the court, Im...different lets say.... lol. Im not SCRATCH SCRATCH HISS HISS DIIIEEE! I just start to dodge more and try to steal more, I carry myself higher.... meaning my arms are up, elbows up, which is how your supposed to play, but in short it can cause in a nice elbow in the face.... which isnt nice. but I mean if I have to and if Im told.... I will. tho I try not to hurt people.

So, anyways, I asked my coach if we can work on offence drills, making it easy for people to block my MAN on MAN player, and just roll of them.

Im tired.

BWT we won, 42 to 20. HA take THAT!
